BOMA 360 buildings provide tremendous value to their tenants, instilling satisfaction and confidence by ensuring exceptional management, cost-effective operation and best-in-class service. In addition to well-deserved industry recognition, buildings that achieve the BOMA 360 designation also enjoy measurable savings and operational efficiencies; higher tenant satisfaction scores and retention rates; and higher rental rates. This is further enhanced when they link their name to BOMA International, the world’s most respected source for building performance best practices.

This session will focus on how the BOMA 360 Program can elevate your building in today’s marketplace. A panel of industry professionals will help you learn how to get started on the BOMA 360 process, discuss strategies for establishing participation across your company’s portfolio and outline the impressive return on investment that the BOMA 360 designation offers.
