Jenny Stephenson, U.S. EPA

Jenny Stephenson, with EPA's Pacific Southwest office in the Zero Waste section, works to further sustainable materials management. She leads the regional roll out of waste tracking in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, helping to bring more awareness of the value of tracking and managing waste to reduce costs and environmental impacts. Additionally, she provides technical assistance to Native American tribes on implementing waste management and recycling programs within their communities.


Jane Echlin, General Manager, McCarthy Cook

Jane has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, starting her career as a real estate solicitor in London, UK.  She moved into development and real estate management when she moved to San Francisco in 1999 and has managed mixed use retail and office properties in San Francisco, San Mateo and Palo Alto. She is very familiar with master associations, homeowner associations and navigating complex ownership structures as well as the many aspects of management, development, leasing and construction management. She joined McCarthy Cook in March 2017 as the General Manager of China Basin.
