Randy Moss is a seasoned utilities and sustainability consultant with over 20 years of experience in the utilities industry. As a team lead and project manager for ENERGY STAR® Benchmarking at Yardi, Randy is skilled in budgeting, energy and water data analysis, operations management and smart grids. He holds an MBA focused in Statistical Process Controls and Quality Management from Brenau University. Randy led Yardi's efforts to become designated by the EPA as one of the most active ENERGY STAR® Service and Product Providers, having demonstrated his expertise by meeting strict ENERGY STAR® program requirements for benchmarking buildings and using Portfolio Manager for ENERGY STAR® certification. He leads the Yardi team that benchmarks thousands of buildings across the U.S. and Canada and has helped many achieve certification. With the help of Randy and his team, Yardi earned the prestigious ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year Award in the Products and Services category in 2019.
