BOMA Tutorial: TOBY® Judges Workshop

Ginny Carita, RPA has over 22 years’ experience in commercial, industrial and retail property management with specialties in operations & maintenance, lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, customer service, and property management technologies. Ginny is an active member of BOMA New Jersey and BOMA International. With BOMA International, Ginny has chaired the Awards Committee, been a member of the Audit Committee and EER Committee and currently chairs the Education Advisory Council.



Angel Miller, RPA, property manager, Highwood Properties is currently the president of BOMA/Raleigh-Durham and is an outstanding example of leadership, dedication and commitment to BOMA. She is a member of the Board of Directors, has co-chaired the Southern Region conference and has served as a TOBY judge and member of the Awards committee.

As the property manager of Highwood Properties, Miller earned recognition as Property Manager of the Year in 2009. Prior to her current role, Miller worked with CB Richard Ellis and Lincoln Harris. She has been a member of BOMA since 2000, where she joined BOMA/Carolinas-West Virginia and now holds membership with BOMA/Raleigh-Durham. Miller was named Southern Region’s Outstanding Member of the year in 2011. Fully deserving of this honor as an active member and leader of BOMA, Miller’s participation at the local, regional and international levels has earned her respect amongst her colleagues and peers.
