The Office Building of the Year (TOBY®) was created in 1985 to salute excellence in the office building industry. Today the program has grown from a modest beginning into a notable and prestigious program that recognizes more than just office buildings, which resulted in its name change in 2010 to The Outstanding Building of the Year. Receiving a TOBY® Award is the highest honor of recognition of quality in commercial real estate buildings and excellence in building management.
